The Hohensalzburg Fortress dates back to the 11th century building begun in 1077.

The first of many steep hills we would climb over the weekend.


Getreidegasse Salzburg
Mozart's Birthplace Located in Getreidegasse no. 9, is where the Leopold Mozart family lived from 1747 to 1773. Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart was born here on January 27, 1756. Today the rooms once occupied by the Mozart family house a museum.

Gela's sister and her boyfriend came to visit us for two weeks.
We did a lot of stuff and had loads of fun.

While walking in the park Gela spotted all the small frogs, and I nearly stepped on them.This guy is helping us getting warmer summers.

Bayback time is coming. Christoph en Axel also got a few cheers in during the Euro Cup
But Germany lost to Spain in the Final.
